We inspect every roof before approving it for sealing. Typlically roofs under 15-18 years old with no major structural damage are good candidates. That's not to say if your roof is 25 years old it can't be treated, but severly cracked, curled, structural damage, or missing shingles may require roof replacement instead. Yes. The coating can withstand detergents and cleaning solutions without peeling or damage. Just avoid pressure washing directly on shingles. 

In most cases, no. Our sealant does not interfere with your roofing system's ventilation, underlayment, or structure. We're happy to review manufacture policies with you during your inspection. 

Yes! If you sell your home, the 5-year Warranty transfers to the new homeowner at no extra cost. Just let us know so we can update our records.
